Turn your enterprise AI relationships into $5,250 referrals
Know leaders in banking, fintech, insurance, healthcare, or AI governance?
Introduce them to EVE AI Core — the platform that helps regulated organizations govern AI
before it acts. Approved Independent Sales Partners earn
$250 when a registered prospect attends a qualified introductory meeting, plus a
$5,000 success fee when that customer signs a qualifying agreement and pays its first
invoice — up to $5,250 per successful referral.
Approved Independent Sales Partners may earn $250 when a registered prospect
attends a qualified introductory meeting with EVE AI Core. This is separate from, and
stackable with, the $5,000 success fee that pays when the deal closes.

A calendar
booking alone does not qualify. Scheduled meetings, no-shows, and cancellations are never eligible
— the prospect must attend a held, qualified meeting that EVE verifies. Payment is
subject to verification and the Independent Sales Partner Agreement; scheduling alone creates no entitlement.
01 · What you are selling
EVE AI Core is a deterministic enforcement layer for AI
EVE evaluates a proposed AI action before it executes and returns an
ALLOW, BLOCK, or MODIFY decision — then produces a signed,
independently verifiable certificate of that decision. The enforcement decision is
deterministic: the same input reproduces the same governed result, and no LLM sits in
the decision path.
Before, not after. Monitoring tools tell you an AI failed after the fact. EVE stops the action at the moment of the decision.
Signed evidence. Every governed decision is cryptographically signed and verifiable offline — no EVE server required.
Deterministic. The verdict is reproducible and auditable, which is what regulated buyers and their examiners need.
You don't have to explain the internals. Show the guided walkthrough and let the ALLOW/BLOCK verdict and the signed certificate do the talking.

03 · The offer
Two stackable payments: $250 per meeting, $5,000 per closed deal
Meeting incentive$250 when a registered prospect attends a completed qualified meeting that EVE verifies. A calendar booking alone does not qualify.
Success fee$5,000 after a registered customer signs a qualifying agreement and pays its first invoice.
Total potential$5,250 per successful referral — the meeting incentive is separate from and stackable with the success fee.
Qualifying contractThe $5,000 success fee applies to collected contracts of $37,500 or more. Discounted agreements below $37,500 require a separately approved commission in writing.
When it paysThe $250 pays after EVE verifies the meeting qualified; the $5,000 pays on collection — after the customer's first invoice is paid, not on signature alone.
What qualifies for $250
A prospect you registered first and EVE approved
That was not already in EVE's pipeline
Who attended a held meeting of at least 20 minutes
With a relevant decision-maker and a credible use case
And EVE verified the meeting occurred
What does not qualify
Meetings that are only scheduled
No-shows and cancellations
Duplicate registrations of the same account
Accounts EVE is already pursuing
Vendors, recruiters, students, or investors with no use case
Only one introductory-meeting incentive is available per approved account unless EVE explicitly approves an exception in writing. Final eligibility and payment terms are set out in the Independent Sales Partner Agreement you receive on approval. This page is a program summary, not the contract, and scheduling alone creates no entitlement to payment.

03c · Eligibility & exclusions
What makes a meeting qualify
A meeting qualifies when
You are an approved partner
The prospect was registered before scheduling and EVE approved it
The account is not already in EVE's pipeline
A relevant decision-maker attends — AI governance, model risk, compliance, legal, audit, security, risk management, AI/ML engineering, or enterprise technology leadership
The live meeting lasts at least 20 minutes
There is a credible potential use case, and EVE verifies the meeting
Never qualifies
Scheduled-only meetings, no-shows, cancellations
Duplicate or misleading/fabricated contacts
Accounts EVE already pursues; repeat meetings for the same company
Register the account before you schedule the meeting. Registration date-stamps the prospect
to you, and an approved registration is what makes a completed meeting eligible for the $250 incentive and a
closed deal eligible for the $5,000 success fee. You'll get a registration ID to check status. We return only
an approved, under-review, duplicate, or rejected result — we never expose internal
pipeline details.

sales kit and partner agreement. You keep control of your relationships throughout.
08 · Check a registration
Check the status of your registration
Enter the registration ID you received when you registered a prospect. You'll see only that
registration's status and payment progress — never any other partner's data.
09 · FAQ
Meeting incentive — frequently asked
Does a scheduled meeting qualify?
No. A calendar booking alone never qualifies. Scheduled meetings do not qualify until the prospect attends a completed, qualified meeting that EVE verifies.
What happens if the prospect does not attend?
No-shows and cancellations do not qualify. Only a held, completed meeting that meets every requirement can become eligible for the $250.
Can I earn both the $250 and the $5,000 fees?
Yes. Partners may earn both. The $250 completed-meeting incentive is separate from and stackable with the $5,000 success fee — up to $5,250 per successful referral.
What makes a prospect qualified?
An approved partner registers the account before scheduling; EVE approves the registration; the account is not already in EVE's pipeline; a relevant decision-maker (AI governance, model risk, compliance, legal, audit, security, risk management, AI/ML engineering, or enterprise technology leadership) attends a live meeting of at least 20 minutes; and there is a credible potential use case. EVE verifies the meeting occurred.
Can multiple partners register the same account?
The first approved registration controls account attribution. Duplicate registrations of the same account do not qualify.
When is the $250 payment issued?
Payment occurs after EVE verifies the meeting qualified and according to the Independent Sales Partner Agreement. Eligibility does not arise from scheduling alone.
Who determines whether a meeting qualifies?
EVE AI Core has final qualification and verification authority under the Independent Sales Partner Agreement.
Can repeat meetings with the same company earn additional payments?
Only one introductory-meeting incentive is available per approved account unless EVE explicitly approves an exception in writing.
